Approaching the Self Through the Tarot
A Tarot card reading is the beginning of a relationship between that which you already know about yourself and that which is still unknown. By shuffling the cards and laying them before you, images of your life will appear as symbols. These symbols trigger deeper, universal patterns that lie in the unconscious mind. The pattern of the cards leads to an awareness of your inner voice, your spiritual values, and the power of your unconscious to give you vital information about your past, your present, and your future. By beginning to understand this pattern you can embark on your soul’s purpose which is primarily a journey into your own depths. Whatever you encounter along the way in a Tarot reading is, without a doubt, a glimpse into your deepest and most intimate self.
Margaret’s love for the Tarot grew out of her love for stories and undeniable curiosity in all things mystical. In 1982, she began her studies with Rachel Pollock, Mary Greer, and Caitlin and John Matthews. She continues to be part of a peer support group of Tarot readers and offers readings to those who wish to be guided by the intuitive power of the cards. A Soul/Personality card reading is a constellation of Tarot cards determined by your birthdate. These lifelong cards tell your story of your personal destiny. It provides insights into your purpose in life as well as your strengths and challenges. In addition to learning what your Soul/Personality cards are, we will discuss the opportunities that the year offers. What have you been struggling with? What have been the gifts given to you this year? We will also take a peek into the year ahead and prepare for what will unfold. By reviewing the characteristics of your particular constellation pattern, you will begin to see how the images on the cards are relevant to your past, your present, and your future.
Sessions are 80 minutes | Cost: $125.00
Group readings.
Group Tarot readings are a wonderful way for groups to gather and offer each other their wise perspective. Whether it be friends gathering for a birthday, a wedding, croning ceremony, or retreats, Tarot is a creative way to deepen conversations with each other. Groups have the option of individual “mini” readings or group readings with structured activities designed to provide insight into particular issues.
